Advertising submitted to the Classifieds must be in good taste and not contain any profanity, or other material considered objectionable. *If you are using trademarks, logos or copyrighted material in your ad, you must warrant that you have the right to do so.* The management of the ATC Classifieds reserves the right to reject any ad for publication.Advertiser agrees that all materials and copy furnished will comply with all state, federal and local laws and regulations.
ATC reserves the right to properly classify all advertising. ATC reserves the right not to run any advertising we feel unacceptable.
Sales Help Wanted and Help Wanted demonstrator ads must include the type of product or service to be sold. If a post office box reply is used in the ad, ATC must be given the physical street address.
Ads requested for the following services will not be accepted: Palm Reading, Adoption, Surrogate Mothers, 900 Numbers, Credit, Credit Cards, Loans, Credit Repair, Personal Ads.
